Unibroue Blanche de Chambly- Canada
$6.99- 750ml
Cloudy straw in color, this white ale posses an expressive nose consisting of summer hay field and citrus. The palate is clean and dry with notes of white flowers, baking spice and angel food cake. A beer that would pair nicely with any white meat fish fresh off the grill.

Avery Brewing - The Maharaja Imperial IPA
$7.99- 1 pint 6 FL.OZ
This monster of a brew, which is deep amber in hue, carries a nose of herb garden, pine tree and candied apricot. The palate is dense and expansive as notions of orange marmalade, rosemary, fresh tangerine and melon wash over the palate. I simply can’t get enough of this phenomenal beer.

  Rodenbach Grand Cru- Belgium
$9.99- 750ml
Believe me when I tell you that there is nothing else in the world like a Flemish Ale. This Flemish Ale takes it to another level by spending 18 months aging in oak barrels. A glass of this ale has the appearance of root beer, until one places their nose in the glass and their olfactory senses are bombarded by notes of licorice, balsamic, vanilla and an unbelievable Burgundian-like earthiness that beer rarely achieves. The palate is focused and precise with notes of raisin and sugar plum accompanying balsamic and scorched earth notes which both translate nicely from the bouquet to the palate.
